Email [email protected]. Please include the email address of your account, and for a trade the link to the listing (pitlaneauctions.app/lot/…). We answer as soon as we can. PitLane is a small, privately run service, so replies are not instant.
Trades and payments
- PitLane is a marketplace. The trade is between the seller and the buyer. Contact the other party first through the trade messages.
- Where payment through PitLane is used, the buyer pays the seller directly through Stripe. PitLane does not hold the money and cannot release or refund it. Refunds and card disputes are handled by the seller. See the terms.
- Problems with an order, a payment confirmation or a Stripe receipt: email us with the listing link and the date of payment, and we will help you work out the next step.
Account and data
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete account, in PitLane or Garage.
- Privacy requests (access, correction, removal of Garage lists): email [email protected]. See the privacy notice.
- Forgot your password: use "Forgot your password?" on the login page.
Report a listing or a user
Counterfeits, misleading listings, auction manipulation or abuse: email [email protected] with the listing link and what is wrong. We can remove listings and close accounts that break the terms.
